Music visualizer for local band "Olive and the Stoned Fruits" The video focuses on a girl regaining confidence post breakup. As director my vision was to use mirrors to reflect and frame dance. I choreographed and filmed references for my team to use then asked for elements from everyone to help me compile together fore her room's story telling. My favorite Part being the chance to animate dance.
An unusual way to interpret the rapture. My main focus was backgrounds but I also worked on keying for the last shot and character animation on the wide shot of the priest.
This collection is from my experimental class and showcases many of my style points as well as interests. there is a heavy emphasis on dance throughout my work but there are also little guys, silly moments, character acting and a general love of playing around and finding out.
