Evaeriel is the land of the faeries. Aylin is a quiet, somewhat awkward faerie who lives in Evaeriel with her sister Selene. She spends most of her time alone daydreaming or with her nose buried in a book. Aylin suddenly starts to experience vivid hallucinations foretelling the end of Evaeriel. The visions worsen until she is certain something is not right in the Realm. Knowing there’s little time to act, Aylin decides to go on a quest to uncover what’s upsetting the balance of the world and, hopefully, stop it before it’s too late. Unbeknownst to Aylin, The Faerie Queen Illumine is behind the sudden threat to Evaeriel. Illumine is draining the life and magic out of the Earth to make herself a powerful and unstoppable being to expand her rule over all the inhabitants of Evaeriel.

A little girl named Ivy and her family move to an old house in the middle of a vast countryside. The house is eerie and probably haunted, with the previous owners leaving many of their belongings behind. In a series of events, Ivy uncovers the house\'s secrets, learning that the previous children who lived here mysteriously disappeared, seemingly vanishing overnight. Eventually, she discovers an enchanted book that tells the sinister folktale of a kelpie in the woods, luring children to their end. Will Ivy unravel the truth and stop the evil for good? Or will she become the next child to fall victim to the monster’s wrath?
