By highlighting my personal reality living chronically ill, I envisioned a space for communities to heal and thrive together in acceptance of all abilities; starting with my surrounding community to see this vision to life. I began by producing a live experience including but not limited to the use of space, installation, film, projection, vocal/physical performance, and community engagement. This experienced evoked awareness and exploration into my process in using movement as a form of medicine. It is my hope to let those who may live a similar, if not same experience to know that you are not alone, and this is my attempt to educate surrounding communities. In addition I hand crafted wearable objects for the able bodied to experience another perspective of mobilization, specifically through the hands; a journey through my invisible disabled hands. I strive to spread awareness on many different social issues.I thrive when I turn that awareness to an expression of resilience and determination through life’s hardships. Identity and existence forever remain a priority over society’s harsh judgment. I choose to live, love, and be free while continuing to share this ideology with humanity. I do so as an interdisciplinary artist, integrating various methods of visual and performing arts that I am most disciplined in. My goal is to share experiences to make you feel, evoke awareness through positivity and gratitude for the freedom we do have for the time being.

These methods include and are not limited to experimental film, hand-sewing, set design, production, performance, projection installation work, and a strong background in dance. My goal is to share experiences to make you feel, evoke awareness through positivity and bring visions to life.
