Dave is a quiet and despondent janitor working the nightshift, when something frightful occurs that spurs him to question himself deeply. This is the original character I have developed for use in my Junior Film. The style was inspired by stop motion puppets. Blocked out in Maya, details sculpted in Zbrush, retopologized in Maya, textured with Substance Painter, rigged in Maya, and rendered in Maya using Arnold.

This is a model of an exploratory android for the New Horizons Exploratory Group, (N.H.E.G.). This robot is deployed to new planets, and explores treacherous landscapes and environments, in order to determine the habitability of a new region. Modelled in Maya, textured in Substance Painter, and rendered in Maya.

The Emissary Model

When an advanced alien race discovers a satellite filled with knowledge of humans, they use their advanced genetic skills to create an alien-human hybrid in hopes of an easier first contact. They managed to splice what remnants of human DNA remained on the satellite, and filled in the gaps with the closest species on their planet, but they just couldn't nail the face. In its place they crafted a façade of marble, in hopes of bridging that final gap. Blocked out in Maya, sculpted in Zbrush, retopologized in Maya, textured with Substance Painter, and rendered in Substance Stager.

Ruined Stellar Cruisehip Environment

Isolated in a distant corner of space, a derelict stellar cruise ship lies abandoned after disaster struck. However, strange technological mishaps create a holographic mirage of the ship from it's height, in years past. This environment was created as an exploration for a story of mine. A Titanic-like cruise ship meant for the stars harbors a malevolent A.I. which has trapped the long dead passengers in an eternal holographic existence. The environment was modeled, lit, and textured in Maya, and composited in Premiere and After Effects.
