The Influence of Social Media

The Influence of Social Media

A space for young females to be comfortable with themselves. The campus will include different buildings that will focus on wellness and proper social media use. Classes will be held to help teach acceptable ways to approach social media, the negatives, and the positives. The space would be an after-school/weekend hangout that young girls want to go to. They can do their homework, socialize at the juice bar, enjoy different therapy sessions or classes, take a break in the wellness spaces, or take a yoga class to take the edge off. The program will focus on three ideas: Body Positivity, Self Confidence, and Proper Social Media Use.

EAGLE OTTAWA X DETROIT

EAGLE OTTAWA X DETROIT

Sponsored Graduate Studies CMF Studio with Eagle Ottawa. They wanted the students to make a impact. I chose to create a Third Space, while exploring new techniques to create custom leather samples. With Eagle Ottawa creating a community third space in the new Corktown Michigan Central innovation hub (New Lab), the company will have a better connection with the city of Detroit and the people that reside within. With Eagle Ottawa wanting to reduce to zero emissions, they will also create a community waste collection program, that will serve a dual purpose of cleaning up the city as well as collection waste material to recycle and combine with their waste leather to create new products. The space will be multipurpose as a product showroom, company exploration, waste collection, third space, grab and go, experimenting with products, and a venue space. The work was created in Revit and rendered through Enscape and edited through Photoshop. The samples were all hand creating using different resources and techniques.

The Lodge - Bronco 2040

The Lodge - Bronco 2040

In this sponsored studio, Ford asks students to redefine the Bronco and the Bronco brand for the year 2040. Bronco embodies the spirit of self discovery, guiding us to seek the unknown, creating new paths for generations to explore and experi- ence in the natural world. With the world constantly evolving, becoming more aware and connected, especially to nature, we will need to advance societal progression through sustainability and efficiency. How can Bronco lead this societal movement and inspire future dreamers to explore and create a positive impact in our ever-expanding universe, expanding beyond physical products only, but ecosystems, digital tools and services, as well as communities. What is the concept of Bronco for the future? What is Bronco + ? This was a group project. Made up of two spatial Interior Designers, one Transportation Exterior Designer, and one Transportation Interior Designer. The design embodied the rugged and carefree experience that the Bronco holds.

A Weekend Getaway

A Weekend Getaway

We were to design a small two level residence, with the ground floor being 30’ by 70’ and the second floor being 30’ by 35’. The residence must included at least 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an office, a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, balcony, multiply entries, and at least 10 feet of landscape. This project is based off a Palm Beach townhouse with a European twist to the space. The space has two primary rooms, and a bunk room all with full baths. It has a large open living area and half bath, on the first floor, the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and office are located on the second floor, along with a small outdoor balcony looking over the patio. Each floor has a the exterior wall leading to the backyard as accordion doors, allowing the space to have lots of connect to the patio. The patio is included with a pool, fire pit, outdoor dining spaces, a bar/grill area, and lounge seating. The work was created in Revit and rendered through Enscape and edited through Photoshop.
