In the cyberpunk future of Detroit, an assassin stalks the streets. She is not hidden, but instead wears her intentions on her openly. This is a concept I worked on as part of a group project for my senior thesis. A stylized character in the vein of Overwatch, a former aristocrat that hunts in as outrageous way as possible.
