This Ranch House was one of my earliest takes on Sketchup. The project aligned with the requirements as well as restrictions of the homeowner. The ranch home included 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a living & dining room. In the guest bedroom there’s a desk for isolated work. The space functions better than the original layout. Theres a before and after development of the floorplan.
Well Haus is a sophomore studio project developed in alignment with WELL Building Standards, drawing inspiration from Detroit’s architectural heritage. The cafe’s interior combines the bold geometry and elegance of Art Deco with the minimalist warmth of Scandinavian design, creating a healthy, adaptable environment that supports comfort, connection, and student well-being. The 2 story building stands on a residential street and resembles a home-like feel.
This project was an inspirational design for the Stafford House's commercial space. Located on Oakland dr, this cafe is quietly luxurious and intimate. Arched wall details echo this softness, reinforcing a sense of rhythm and balance throughout the space. The color palette is warm off-whites, muted taupes, soft blush undertones, and deep red accents.
STAFFORD HOUSE is a junior sponsored project designed in collaboration with my classmate Seedra Almaiathy. The project consisted of a 2-floor building with commercial spaces on the first level and apartments on the second. The commercial spaces consisted of an office and a tech space side by side which we designed over the fall semester and later presented to the owners of STAFFORD HOUSE in December.
The Mountain Loft was the first take on rendering with Revit. This theme was inspired by spring mountains of Colorado. In the layout I included 2 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, a dining room, a living room, a home office, and an open concept kitchen. The soft neutrals combined with the dramatic marble veining adds a sense of luxury. the natural light floods in through large windows, balancing the darker finishes and preventing the space from feeling heavy.
