Advanced Communication Design I: For this project we were tasked with branding a non-profit organization named deep. We started with research about the type of work they do and other similar companies. After getting this research we then moved into creating three logos and identity systems we though best fit the brand. With our DeEP partners we went down one patch to deliver a new energictic and clean look to the new and improved DeEP branding system.

Branding Essitials: For this project we were tasked with creating a brand within the the groups comfort zone. My group was made up of a communication designer, product design, and a filmographer. We decided to create a company that would help small bussinesses in Detroit connect to larger companies. Through these connections each company will benefit from the help of the other. I was assigned with the creation of the logo, mockups, keynote design, website, and app design.

Chicago Sky Rebrand Project

For this project, I was given the option of designing what ever I wanted for my senior thesis. I chose to rebrand the Chicago Sky, a WNBA team because of my love of basketball and the lack of new design in womens basketball. I chose the Chicago Sky because they just won the WNBA championship the year before, and they deserve an identity that represents the city of Chicago. I started of with research about the city of Chicago and decided to base the team off of the city flag. I also wanted to make sure that their identity looked no different from an NBA teams identity. Overall this was a fun project to work on and the first time I have ever rebranded a womens sports team.
