A project from my senior studio class! I\\\'m super proud of all the progress I\\\'ve made in every sense. Moonbeam was a character I conceptualized over over the summer of 2022. I was able to bring her to life over the course of a semester. During the process I struggled quite a bit to find my footing between my artsy side and my more technical side. Which I feel the two clash when working on both 2D Art and 3D art at the same time. Despite my struggles, I learned quite a bit about my texturing workflow and retopology.
A recreation of André Kent\\\'s Swordtember concept the Kraken\\\'s Call. I spent about a month working on this alongside some other projects and I learned so much about how to approach more a handpainted look using substance. Soon I\\\'ll take on 3D coat but for now I consider this a good way to find my workflow in substance.
